FOR HOME SELLERS:

Sell your home for as little as $495, plus a 2.5 - 3% commission to buyer's agent that brings you a buyer.

The programs we offer are only available for single family homes, condos, townhomes and like kind residential property (homes). In addition, homes must be located within the MLS service area in which Florida Flat Rate Realty, Inc. is a member. Seller agrees to enter into an approved Multiple Listing Service agreement.

Home sellers who list their home with Florida Flat Rate Realty, Inc. are required to pay all fees in full at the time of entering into the listing agreement for MLS listing services and any other services described and agreed to in the listing agreement entered into between Florida Flat Rate Realty and the seller. Visa and Mastercard are accepted, for your convenience. Seller agrees to pay the 2.5 - 3% commission based on the sales price to the buyer's agent upon the successful closing of their listed property. More details will be provided by the broker and/or agent and within the listing agreement. Certain conditions and limitations apply. BUYER REBATE PROGRAM*

*This rebate program is only available where permitted under state and federal law and when not otherwise prohibited by the buyer's lender(s). There may be tax consequences. Remember, a real estate broker is qualified to give advice on real estate only. If you need legal or tax advice, you should consult with the appropriate professional. All home buyers who have Florida Flat Rate Realty, Inc. represent them as a buyer's agent and who pre-qualify through one of our affiliate mortgage lending companies are qualified to receive a rebate. Total rebate not to exceed in the case of a resale home: 1% of the sales price with a minimum sales price of $100,000 or higher. In the case of a new home from a builder: 1% of the base sales price greater than $100,000 or higher. Maximum rebate amount is $20,000. Estimated rebate is based on buyer's agent receiving a 3% commission upon successful closing. Should the buyer's agent's commission be less than 3%, then the buyer's rebate will be equal to one third (1/3) of the total commission earned.

Rebate is subject to lender approval and any applicable laws.

Rebate is subject to buyer agreeing to receive email or fax of listings that meet their criteria and driving out to the properties to prescreen the neighborhood and curb appeal of the individual home.

Rebate will be credited upon successful closing of the home purchased through Florida Flat Rate Realty as a credit to the buyer on the closing statement (HUD-1). In the event that the rebate is in the form of a check issued by Florida Flat Rate Realty outside of closing, where such funds have not been used to reduce closing costs, Florida Flat Rate Realty will report such payment on Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 and any applicable state form(s).
